ManyChat users are currently experiencing the issue connected with the Customer Chat widget. The issue takes place both on desktop and mobile. Our team is currently investigating it, we’ll keep you informed about the situation.

Some users may experience the message saying “Deceptive site ahead” when accessing the Live Chat section. Other sections may also be affected. The domain listed there is our file storage which contains images and files our customers send to their clients, as well as ones they get from their clients. For some reason, Google has marked the domain as a phishing one. That could happen because somebody was sending something bad through FB Messenger in either direction. Adding this domain to the allow list while we’re working on the issue doesn’t expose you to any significant risks. To make sure you’re safe just follow common security measures and be cautious while working with any files you get from your clients. We've identified GIFs and videos are not displayed to subscribers that use the new web version of Facebook. Media files work as expected in the old version and the mobile app. Refer to this bug report for further updates: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/803574173512465/

We are experiencing an issue with sending SMS messages currently - we will stop our SMS channel for some time until the problem is fixed. Please make sure to pause your SMS campaigns until further notice.

We see an elevated error rate from FB API. We’ve paused most of the automation to prevent your broadcasts, sequences, etc from failed sending, but please stop all your campaigns that might be sending traffic to Messenger. Our team is investigating the issue.

You might experience issues in connecting new Facebook pages to your ManyChat accounts. Also, the Refresh permissions button is not performing at the moment. Our team is working with Facebook to resolve the situation.

Users that are not logged into Facebook in a browser currently see "This page isn't available" error when clicking 'Send to Messenger' button. We have reported this issue to Facebook - more information to follow soon.

Currently 5%-10% of your bot subscribers may receive duplicated messages when opting-in through Ref URL only once. Our developers are actively working on investigating this matter together with Facebook. The issue is coming from Facebook sending duplicate webhooks to ManyChat’s servers. Our team has filed a Facebook bug report and is actively helping Facebook with investigation of this issue. Starting step - Condition with 'Tag is 'Your Tag'' value 2. If the user meets this condition, they don't receive any message 3. If the user doesn't meet this condition, add 'Your Tag' and send them the actual opt-in message
