This incident has been resolved.
The issue has been eliminated by Meta team - we will be monitoring the situation for some time before closing this incident.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Meta is aware of the issue impacting Graph API, Meta engineering teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
A fix has been implemented. The Reopen Chat feature should now be working as expected.
We are currently investigating the issue that doesn’t allow for Live Chat conversations in the done folder to be opened. As the first step, we recommend to enable the Handover Protocol with the following guide: https://support.manychat.com/en/support/solutions/articles/36000103309-handover-protocol
A fix has been implemented. Live Chat messages should now be displayed properly.

Facebook team has indicated that the issue with OTN feature has been fixed.
Recent tests indicate that the OTN feature is now functional again
Clicks on Notify Me buttons for Facebook One Time Notification feature do not continue the flow and do not assign an OTN token to the contact.
