We’re aware of an issue where webhooks are not being delivered for some Instagram accounts. This may cause automations to fail to trigger or stop when a button is clicked. The issue has been reported to Meta, and we’re monitoring it while awaiting their response.

We’ll share updates here as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your patience.
