Some of the Contacts are not able to subscribe to the Recurring Notifications topics. Click on the buttons "Get messages"/ "Notify me" does not subscribe Contacts to the topics and does not continue the Flow. We are looking into a number of similar reports at this time. Due to the issue on Meta's side, regular buttons are not working in Messenger on Android devices currently. At the same time, Quick Reply buttons continue working correctly. We've noticed technical issues on Meta's side. Both Messenger and Instagram are affected. You might experience problems with message sending and IG Comment Growth Tools. We would recommend to stop all ongoing campaigns until the problem is resolved. Our engineers are already looking into the problem!
