    Meta issue: some webhooks became partially degraded which means that some messages from FB Messenger can't be received in Manychat.

New Conversation starters / Ice breakers can't be setup on Facebook.

    Some users can’t see any available Facebook pages and Instagram accounts for connection and/or Refresh Permissions for the connected accounts.
