When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

Instagram connection through the new registration flow fails with the following error message: {"message":"Business and user permissions are mutually exclusive","status":"fail"}, and the Refresh Permissions action is unsuccessful in affected accounts. Our team is aware of and actively investigating this problem.

As a temporary workaround for establishing a new connection, users may connect through Meta Business Suite instead. However, please be advised that there is currently no workaround for the Refresh Permissions function, and you should avoid reconnecting Instagram to refresh permissions.

We’ve confirmed with Meta that an issue on their end is causing Quick Replies not to display in Direct Message (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. However, Quick Replies in regular messages are working as expected.

Meta’s team is already investigating the issue. We are closely monitoring their progress and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
