You may experience some delays when performing chatbot activities. We are currently investigating this issue.

WhatsApp channel is not functioning for some accounts due to a server issue. The outbound messages and incoming webhooks are queued and will be delivered once our engineers resolve the issue.

Some of the IG channel messages are failing to send right now. The issue is happening because of a bug on the Facebook side. We are investigating it and will update this incident once the root cause has been identified!

We're receiving multiple reports that new Contacts are being displayed as Unknown in the Audience tab at the moment. One of our servers responsible for storing Live Chat history had an issue that led to part of Live Chat history not being stored and automation failure for a part of our customers. The situation is back to normal at the moment, the engineering team is monitoring it.

Facebook is currently inoperational, we are investigating this issue. More news to follow soon!
